The following information is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Exercise Progress: Records of completed exercises, sets, repetitions, and duration
• Wellness Data: Your self-reported comfort level and exercise preferences
• App Settings: Your personalized exercise settings, notification preferences, and app configuration
• Exercise History: Historical data about your workout patterns and progress over time

Anonymous Analytics Data:

To improve the app and understand how it's used, we collect anonymous usage analytics through Firebase Analytics:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version
• Usage Data: Which screens you visit, which features you use, session duration
• Technical Data: Crash reports and performance metrics
• Anonymous Identifier: A random device ID that cannot be linked to your identity
• Approximate Location: Country and city (not precise GPS location)

Important: This analytics data is completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information in analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information collected is used solely to:

• Provide personalized exercise programs tailored to your needs
• Track your progress and display your exercise history on your device
• Send you workout reminders and notifications (only if you enable them)
• Improve your experience within the app
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve app features and fix bugs
• Monitor app performance and stability through crash reports

We never:

3. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or transmit your exercise data, wellness information, or personal settings to any external servers.

If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.

If you enable notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you:

• Exercise reminders based on your schedule
• Motivational messages (if enabled)

We do not use your device token for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than sending you requested notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

5. Third-Party Services

Back Rehab uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To deliver push notifications. FCM may collect limited device information (device token, OS version) necessary for notification delivery. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: To understand how users interact with the app and improve user experience. Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data including:
  • Device information (model, OS version, app version)
  • Anonymous device identifier
  • Screen views and in-app actions
  • Session duration and frequency
  • General geographic location (country/city level, not precise location)

• Firebase Crashlytics: To detect and fix crashes and technical issues. Crashlytics collects crash reports including device state at the time of the crash, but does not collect any personal information. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Firestore: To store feedback, bug reports, and feature requests you submit through the app. Your feedback is stored securely to help us improve the app. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third parties.

Your exercise data and wellness information remain private and are only accessible to you on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Back Rehab is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app
• Deletion: You can reset your data at any time through the app settings, or by uninstalling the app

12. Feedback Data

When you send feedback or bug reports through the app, we collect:
